Compared to “Biennale art” long term projects are marginalised in discourse.

What I observe is that projects that happen outside the museum and the usual biennales are more or less neglected in the art discourse. I think this is quite problematic because long term projects are rarely realised in biennales because they usually don’t last long enough. What is your opinion about this problem?
